June 2024 · 3 minute read

Reflecting at the past. Ed “Big Ed” Brown is happy to be unmarried and searching for love on a new collection following his messy split from Rosemarie “Rose” Vega. The pair’s relationship was chronicled on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and stuffed with ups and downs.

“When I returned back from the Philippines [in September], I truly came back, like, that was just a waste of my cash and a complete waste of my time, and I failed. Luckily, I didn’t lose my daughter, which was my largest fear,” Brown, 54, told Us Weekly completely while promoting the new spinoff, The Single Life. “I didn’t take into consideration women, and then I’m like, ‘OK, it’s been 8 months. Ed, are you going to get back at the horse once more?’”

He then hired a “relationship trainer” to lend a hand him get back out into the dating recreation. However, he discovered a lot about himself during the process of courting 23-year-old Vega. After joking that the “largest lesson” he realized from his time with Vega was “don’t inform a girl on international TV to brush your teeth,” he in reality shared what he took from the relationship.

“What attracted me to Rose the most was that she admired me, and that felt in reality just right. Like after a while, when anyone appears to be like as much as you, it feels excellent. But she opened my middle to like,” he shared with Us. “Even despite the fact that it didn’t figure out, I came back to San Diego, I got some retrospect on who I sought after to be. And the most recent individual that I met was surprising, and that’s what love is. It in point of fact simply catches you off-guard, and also you never know where it’s going to take you. You by no means know if it’s going to figure out. Love’s a crapshoot.”

On the new spinoff, Brown and five different singles from the 90 Day Fiancé universe will embark on their adventure to finding The One after a failed romance. Colt Johnson, Molly Hopkins, Fernanda Flores, Danielle Mullins and Brittany Banks fill out the solid.

“I think you’re gonna see a lot of in point of fact loopy good times and perhaps some now not so excellent,” Molly, 45, teased during the Sunday, January 24, episode of 90 Day Bares All.
