Andy Cohen is standing via the verdict to stay Ramona Singer away from BravoCon 2023.
“I believe it used to be the proper name,” Andy, 55, solely instructed Us Weekly of Ramona, 66, on Friday, November 3, all over an interview at the fan convention.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum was dropped from the three-day event — which is being held in Las Vegas until Sunday, November 5 — previous in the week. The alternate used to be made after Ramona sent a text message to a Page Six reporter who asked for her reaction to a Vanity Fair article that alleged she used the N-word whilst talking to a Black crew member on RHONY.
While Ramona attempted to protect herself, she repeated the racial slur in an abbreviation. “And the be aware I used was once ‘N-word,” she wrote in a screenshot revealed by Page Six on Tuesday, October 31. “Not n-g.”
Andy printed that he has since been in touch with Ramona, and the duo have “texted a bit of bit.” While Ramona was once now not in attendance on the conference, Us confirmed that her daughter, Avery Singer, used to be present to promote her trade Bach Boss.
Before BravoCon formally started, a supply solely advised Us that Ramona used to be “distraught” and “very disappointed” about the backlash. The insider also claimed that the truth megastar “made the choice that she didn’t want to cross” and it was once a “mutual decision” between her and managers to not attend.

Eboni, 40, claimed in Vanity Fair’s Monday, October 30, exposé that Ramona mentioned “maximum” Black folks do not need present fathers while collaborating in a coaching consultation with two racial justice representatives, a Bravo publicist and an NBCUniversal communications knowledgeable.
Ramona defended her alleged statements, telling Vanity Fair that “the educational incorporated ‘open dialogue.’” She went on to assert that she “asked a question a couple of statistic” that she read about “single-parent households, the place children with single-parent families had been statistically much less prone to be successful than two-parent families.”

After season 13 of RHONY ended in 2021, Ramona exited the series. An entirely new cast was once offered for season 14, which premiered in July. Ramona will nonetheless be a cast member on the upcoming 5th season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, RHONY Legacy. Andy confirmed to Us on Friday that RHONY Legacy will proceed as expected regardless of the drama and teased that it’s going to be a “nice display.”
