Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancée Brett Rossi was granted a temporary restraining order against the actor on Friday, April 8, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed to Us Weekly.
According to the Associated Press, the pass judgement on approved her request according to the claims on her software that the Two and a Half Men alum has purportedly threatened her existence and as a result of two alleged incidents of home abuse.
“The courtroom recognized the intense nature of Mr. Sheen’s threats and extended the protective order. Mr. Sheen now has to respond to the protecting order,” Rossi’s lawyer David Ring tells Us Weekly in a remark about Rossi, who additionally goes through Scottine Ross. “Ms. Ross continues to cooperate with law enforcement to ensure her safety and the security of others.”

The information comes just one day after LAPD officer Matthew Ludwig confirmed to Us that Sheen, 50, is recently underneath criminal investigation.
