Chicago Fire has been full of red-hot romances all over its run, but not anything compares to Kelly Severide’s relationship with Stella Kidd.

When lovers first met Kelly (played through Taylor Kinney), he used to be a rough and tricky firefighter who was once known for being a girls’ man. However, the arriving of Stella (Miranda Rae Mayo) in season 4 shook issues up — and modified Kelly for the simpler.

The twosome has weathered many storms, together with a season Nine second when Kelly ices out Stella whilst she’s finding out for her lieutenant’s exam.

“Of course, I know I don’t want your assist with some check. I needed you to do what you do very best: To inform me, ‘You got this, Stella Kidd,’” Stella says to which he replies, “This attitude of yours is strictly why I know you got this, Stella Kidd, and it’s why I know how badly I screwed up, and it’s why I’m by no means gonna assist you to cross away from me again.”
