Dolly Parton may be considered one of country tune’s largest stars, but it’s not simply her songs that experience made headlines through the years.

“People say, ‘How you stay looking so younger?’” Parton told BBC Newsnight in 2019. “I say, ‘Well, just right lighting fixtures, excellent docs and good make-up.’”

The “9 to 5” singer has been candid about her decision to undergo plastic surgery, together with breast augmentation. Known for her sky-high platinum blonde hair, Parton published her philosophy on the subject of going beneath the knife.

“There are going to be those who will say, ‘I know that they’re false; I knew her when,’ and there can be some who say, ‘I do know they’re real.’ I say, ‘Let ’em bet,'” she told Rolling Stone in 1977.
