After winning one-on-one time (and a rose) from Gerry, 72, Joan Vassos got a text from house.

“My daughter simply had a baby and it wasn’t an ordinary everyday supply at all,” Joan, 60, defined. “Things go improper and even supposing everything went proper, you want your mother.”

Following emotional goodbyes along with her fellow contestants, Joan knowledgeable Gerry about her plans to depart.

“I get it. I perceive. I will’t inform you how disenchanted I am,” Gerry instructed Joan. “I was so excited this morning [that] I was out of mattress dancing. … But there’s a moral compass that we both proportion. Sometimes the proper factor to do is the toughest.”

Gerry were given visibly emotional as Joan drove off, however she tried to keep issues sure.

“I'm hoping one of my just right friends back there gets to spend their existence with him as a result of I think he’s worth it,” she informed the cameras.
