Jensen Ackles to Play Justin Hartley's Brother on Tracker

Justin Hartley revealed that Supernatural alum Jensen Ackles will painting his estranged brother on the hit CBS drama sequence, Tracker.

Hartley, 47, who portrays Colter Shaw, shared the exciting casting news with fans in a video posted by the use of Instagram on Thursday, April 25.

“It’s been a great reaction, we’re thrilled and over the moon,” the This Is Us alum started after thanking enthusiasts for supporting the display in its first season. “I've a little bit of reports for you. We’ve been speaking about Russell Shaw, my brother, all season, [with] this family drama that’s been going on between Colter and Russell.”

He persevered, “We in any case came up with what I think is the very best casting selection. This particular person knocks it out of the park every time.”

Before his divulge, Ackles, 46, may well be heard tapping on something within the background. Ackles is slated to make his Tracker debut in the May 12 episode.

Though this is Hartley and Ackles’ first time running together, Tracker reunited Hartley along with his This Is Us costar, Jon Huertas.

While talking exclusively with Us Weekly earlier this month, Huertas, 54, unfolded about directing an upcoming episode of the collection and how Hartley – who additionally serves as producer – made his time on the Tracker set really easy.

“Because Justin and I had this history in combination, it was once like we just fell in lockstep again from after I directed him on This Is Us [and] once we labored together in scenes as stepfather and stepson,” Huertas shared. “We fell into that rhythm so naturally that it was once easy. It made it really easy.”
