You know what they are saying — with good looks comes sacrifice! JoJo Siwa is aware of this all too well due to a particularly heavy bow.
The Dance Moms alum spoke with Us Weekly‘s Brody Brown on Tuesday, May 12, to talk about her backyard live shows “Worldwide Live” and Celebrity Watch Party on Fox, while additionally sharing some unique data on her signature side pony and bow look. While chatting in regards to the history of her coiffure, the 16-year-old revealed that one among her favorite bows weighs a whopping seven pounds!
“There was a unique bow that I wear on tour that’s completely rhinestone and it actually weighs seven pounds,” she told Us. “It’s loopy heavy. And I believe that may have to be my favorite.”
Of direction, this is just one of many, many, equipment. “In the Jojo bow collection, there is over 12,000 different kinds,” she says. “So there’s so much.” No kidding!
She says every so often lovers will get excited to inform her they have got all the bows. “It’s humorous when people shall be like, ‘I have each and every unmarried Jojo bow,’ they’re like, ‘Yeah, I've like over 50!’ and so they don’t even know that there’s 12,000,” she jokes. “I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s so many!’”
But to her there is no such factor as too many bows. “Honestly, I will’t take into account a time after I didn’t wear a bow and a side ponytail.”
Though she nonetheless favors this look more often than not, the Nickelodeon superstar has recently seemed on social media sans her trademark style, inflicting quite a stir!
On Thursday, April 29, she commented on it in a TikTok video, writing, “Recently, I’ve been appearing myself looking other — no longer the classic rainbow, glints and facet ponytail with a JoJo bow. I’ve been hated on for YEARS for dressing ‘young’ and appearing ‘infantile.’ People suppose this is me converting. LOL nope! I like who I am!”
She continued, “This simply me at evening or within the morning!”
