During a screening for Kelly's movie Taurus, director Tim Sutton unfolded about the couple's wedding plans. "Supposedly [Machine Gun Kelly is a] bridezilla more than she is because she's been through it before," he exclusively instructed Us. "I made it my space to, like, work with them dramatically, answer questions, be there if they needed, but to give them their space."

The actor also were given candid about how creating the film helped him in his non-public life.

"Because of the way that I grew up, I kind of push away everybody and every situation that has a positive outcome because I just kind of perceive myself as unworthy or low or undeserving and that's been implemented since childhood. I'm learning a lot more about my childhood now and why I'm made like that," Kelly published all through a panel. "I have a real problem accepting happiness and it's healthy watching it on screen to remind yourself like, 'OK yeah you don't want to end up like that guy.' I always have a weird way of writing things on paper that come true."

Fox, who was on level on the time, supported her fiancé, saying, "You can't receive the gifts that God's trying to give you if your hands are closed. You have to open your hands."

In his Hulu documentary, Life in Pink, Kelly printed that he pondered suicide two years prior — and called Fox all over his darkest moment. “I used to be like, ‘You aren’t right here for me.’ I’m in my room and I’m, like, freaking out on her," he recalled in the film. "Dude, I put the shotgun in my mouth. And I’m yelling at the phone and, like, the barrel’s in my mouth. And I am going to cock the shotgun and the bullet, as it comes again up, the shell simply gets jammed. Megan’s, like, dead silent.”

After the incident, Kelly's daughter, Casie, and Fox teamed as much as inform him that one thing needed to exchange. “[They said], ‘I wish to like, see you as my father’ and ‘I want to see you as my husband-to-be,’ and I was like, 'I want to kick the medication for actual this time,'" the musician explained.
