On this week's episode of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, one contestant suffered an unexpected injury.

During one of the competitions, 24-year-old Shauvon claimed she burst her breast implant after belly-flopping into the water.

"I'm not kidding, it's, like, burning," she mentioned straight away after the autumn. "I think I popped my f***ing implant."

Shauvon — who first gave the impression on Real World: Sydney — was once then quickly rushed to the hospital for a checkup that included X-rays and CAT scans.
