Rachel “Raquel” Leviss isn't right here for Lisa Vanderpump‘s response to her revenge porn lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.
“You will have heard in the news that I have filed a lawsuit, and it’s an ongoing lawsuit, so I can’t communicate a lot about it at this level. But I'm eager about having my legal professionals on as a subject matter of conversation,” Leviss, 29, said on the Monday, March 11, episode of her “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast. “But Lisa did comment on my lawsuit.”
After seeing how Vanderpump, 63, reacted to the scoop, Leviss defended her choice.
“I took a long time to in point of fact make a decision if I’m going to press fees or no longer. And I felt like it was vital to bring this up,” Leviss noted. “This isn’t a prison lawsuit. It’s similar to a civil case. But my privacy was once violated in an excessively intimate, unsuspecting way. And it is embarrassing and now not something that I’m proud of in any respect.”
Us Weekly confirmed on March 1 that Leviss sued Sandoval, 41, and Madix, 38, for revenge porn, eavesdropping, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Leviss accused Sandoval of recording a private video call between them without her consent and claimed Madix bought the NSFW pictures, which she allegedly sent to herself and potentially to other people. (Madix previously denied gazing or distributing the video in an August 2023 look on Vanderpump Rules costar Scheana Shay‘s podcast, “Scheananigans.”)
After Leviss’ lawsuit made headlines, Vanderpump called the legal filing “ridiculous,” telling TMZ, “I think should you don’t wish to have any individual percentage your porn, then don’t ship it in your absolute best pal’s boyfriend, proper?”
Vanderpump was informed through the reporter that Leviss didn’t know she was being recorded. “Oh, OK. Well I've to move.” She also weighed in on the claim that Madix sent the video around, adding, “She didn’t share it with me. Why did she go away me out? I don’t get it. … It’s all inappropriate.”
Leviss wasn’t extremely joyful to peer how her former boss answered.
“Look, I know Lisa and I have been never super, tremendous tight in the similar approach she is with Tom. But it doesn’t really feel just right to have someone speak out about this lawsuit and the placement that’s very sensitive,” Leviss persisted. “To have her push out a certain type of story that isn’t any place near the truth of what has happened is very disappointing. And I would just hope that folks don’t speak on it till they actually perceive what the lawsuit is and my reason why for holding these people responsible.”
During the podcast, Leviss called Vanderpump’s feedback “heartbreaking” after she worked for her at SUR and Vanderpump Dogs.
“It’s just a little heartbreaking to have somebody who you type of look up to in some way because you've this concept of who anyone is, and appreciate them for being a chairman,” she famous. “Seeing the way that she has turned on me, I do know she has a lot of power, and I want to be company in standing up for myself and stating like that it’s now not OK to be talking about and spreading certain propaganda and instantly up lies so to trade the general public’s perception of somebody.”
Leviss persisted: “It’s tousled. Removing myself from the location and having a look at this as a observation that is just about victim shaming. … It’s something to be an advocate and advocate for psychological health on the whole, nevertheless it’s another to twist and turn things to fortify one of your forged individuals who's a male and have the lady take the autumn. It’s disappointing and it’s hurtful.”
