Selling Sunset's Davina 'Can't Defend' Christine After Season 5 Drama

Not at the identical web page. After season 5 of Selling Sunset wondered Christine Quinn‘s long run with the company, Davina Potratz addressed her coworker’s movements at the show.

“It was truthfully heartbreaking and just very disappointing. I in reality care about her as a person and I do know she is aware of that, so I used to be roughly stunned to see how she mentioned me and I couldn’t consider it,” Davina, 44, exclusively advised Us Weekly on Thursday, April 21, while promoting the hit Netflix series.

The real estate agent admitted that she “can’t defend” her costar anymore after their on-camera ups and downs. “I truly care about Christine. So I’m sitting right here trying to protect her movements to other people and be sympathetic and empathetic to whatever she’s going thru,” Davina added. “But it’s like, she doesn’t appreciate it. At some level, I'd never harm any individual, however I've to just then stay out of it as a result of I don’t know what’s occurring.”

During season 5, which hit Netflix on Friday, April 22, Emma Hernan shocked viewers when she claimed that Christine, 33, bribed one of her clients to not work along with her. Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald tried to speak to Christine concerning the accusations — but the Texas native never confirmed up at the workplace.

According to Davina, the allegations didn’t come up at Oppenheim Group for “a very long time.”

“I was so at a loss for words and I used to be like, ‘What is going on? Why is that this taking place? Do we now have all of the knowledge? Because this no doubt can’t be the case.’ But I wasn’t there,” she continued. “I don’t know what took place. It’s simply very sad and heartbreaking to listen to that that is even out there. I just am very dissatisfied and that’s in reality all I will say. It’s very low and I wish she wouldn’t be stuck up in something like that.”

Christine, for her phase, seemingly addressed the drama ahead of the show’s new season. “30 minutes til the release of #SellingSunset revel in the brand new season and all of its 5,000 faux storylines,” she tweeted on Friday.

The season finale later puzzled (*5*) to the brokerage. After the new episodes dropped, Davina defined that she didn’t know “what the standing” was, pronouncing, “I’m curious as well. I honestly don’t know as it’s wild. Unless there’s a very, excellent clarification of why this might have happened — I simply don’t understand.”

Jason also weighed in on Christine’s long term at Oppenheim Group, telling Us on Wednesday, April 20, “That’s gonna be a wait and see for everyone. I’m gonna let this season talk for itself.”

Season 5 of Selling Sunset is these days streaming on Netflix.
