'The Traitors' Cast Recaps Episode 3, Parvati Teases Who She Poisons

The first 3 episodes of The Traitors season 2 are streaming now — and episode 3 options the second one murder, second banishment and turns on the Black Widow (a.ok.a Parvati Shallow).

“I was like, ‘I don’t want to be a traitor,‘” Parvati, who got the nickname from her time on Survivor, admitted to Us Weekly. “‘I’m no longer a very good liar. Please, don’t make me a traitor.'”

When the traitors — Parvati, Dan Gheesling and Phaedra Parks — are given the task to “murder in simple sight” and convince one of the most faithfuls to drink out of a “poisoned” cup, on the other hand, Parvati used to be all in.

“I knew once I got that letter, I used to be like, ‘This venture is for me.’ That’s the place I actually shine. Give me a mission, I will maintain it. And it was a tough one,” she told Us. “It needed to be completed in entrance of everyone and the cup regarded very different from all the other cups and everybody already had their cup. So I used to be like, ‘Oh gosh, how am I going to get anyone to try this?’ In the tip, it ended up being a complete Hail Mary. So you actually will probably be slightly stunned, I feel, at who will get poisoned.”

Fans have to wait until the fourth episode of The Traitors drops on Peacock Thursday, January 18, at 9 p.m. ET to determine who drinks Parvati’s poison. Keep reading for the cast’s reactions to the key moments from episode 3:

Marcus’ Murder — and How It Will Affect Larsa

After bonding with Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, who used to be the first contestant murdered, Marcus Jordan adopted go well with. “I feel like I was a risk to the traitors. I used to be voted maximum influential, maximum faithful [in the second pageant], they usually felt like I was a risk,” Marcus informed Us, including that it used to be “all in excellent a laugh.”

When asked whether he would exchange anything else about his game, Marcus admitted: “I feel like I came in a bit hot as soon as. I wasn’t selected as a traitor, I tried to insert myself into a lot of different conversations, but it's what it's.”

Marcus joined the cast alongside girlfriend Larsa Pippin, who added, “I feel we have been the cool membership and we have been part of the crowd club they usually just didn’t find it irresistible.”

Without her boyfriend in the fortress along with her, the Real Housewives of Miami celebrity made it clear that she doesn’t cross down with out a struggle, but she implied her journey gained’t be a clean one. “I used to be feeling like they had been eliminating the entire people who I cared about, so it was once like I was kind of stuck in an orbit of I actually didn’t like the opposite folks. I didn’t accept as true with them,” she stated. “I think like nobody wanted to listen. They were all on their own, and it was once just now not as entertaining for me once everyone was long past and I felt like I had a larger voice than I did, I think. And I went against some people that maybe I shouldn’t have.”

Janelle Pierzina vs. Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu

During the contest, the Big Brother winner saw a shield and she went for it — whether or not the Love Island U.K. alum noticed it first or not.

“If I’m in a contest and I’m going for protection, there’s nothing stopping me, now not even a person,” Janelle informed Us. “There’s some rivalry. ‘Oh, I used to be there first. You were there first. This, this and that.’ I don’t know. All I know is that I was working with Peter [Weber], he had a hammer, and he was like, ‘Do you need to defend?’ And I used to be like, ‘Yeah, in fact. Let’s move get it.’ And we ran over to get it and Ekin-Su was once already there and she was like, ‘I’m sorry, I’m getting it.’ But honestly, I used to be more or less over her. I don’t know. It used to be so dumb.”

Peter Weber and Kevin Kreider Team Up

The former Bachelor sought out the Bling Empire star to faux tension at the roundtable.

“I just idea within the second [that] it’s excellent to roughly gather cards, to have playing cards to check out to play later in the game. That turned into my strategy. So any alternative for that to most likely attempt to misinform other folks in a while and roughly have an alliance formed early, I thought, ‘OK, that could possibly receive advantages us,'” Peter told Us. “We had some pressure and some conflict, but thru that we roughly evolved some accept as true with with each and every different after which we decided to make the most of that and transfer forward with it. And you will see that it does repay.”

Kevin added, “Peter saw one thing, I assume, in having me in an alliance. And I think it in reality may’ve started with Janelle as a result of Janelle and I bonded in scheming on issues after which I actually relied on her to kind of train me the ropes a lot.”

Maks’ Banishment

Deontay Wilder and Sandra Diaz-Twine satisfied enough faithfuls that Dancing With the Stars pro Maks Chmerkovskiy was once a traitor when he used to be in fact a loyal.

“I believe I used to be the one dummy that if I’m not a traitor, I don’t know how to act. So I'd simply peacock myself in the market and most certainly be the first shot down. And as a matter of fact, that’s what came about. [But] I had a good time. I had an amazing time getting to grasp some folks,” Maks told Us prior to throwing slightly colour. “I had [an] amazing time getting to understand some people who I want I didn’t and moved on with existence not having to.”

During his joint interview with Tamra Judge and Shereé Whitfield, Maks famous that he felt like he used to be at an obstacle because he didn’t know any cast individuals prior to the show.

“You guys all knew each other. I felt like everyone knew each and every different from sooner than. You’ve observed each and every different from Bravo or from a non-public relationship connection. And I used to be like, ‘I do not know,’ , some of the ones Challenge guys, I was like, ‘Bro, you suppose you’ve been on television 17 years?
